1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by NovaNode Hosting ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Provision

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime for all our game and web hosting services. However, occasional downtime for maintenance, hardware failure, or network issues may occur. We are not liable for any lost data, revenue, or other damages resulting from service interruptions.

3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree not to use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Hosting or distributing malicious software, botnets, or illegal content.
• Launching Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks.
• Excessive CPU or RAM usage that intentionally degrades the performance of other users on shared nodes.
• Bypassing resource limits or attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in our infrastructure.

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. NovaNode cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

5. Data Backups

While we may perform regular automated backups for disaster recovery, we do not guarantee the preservation of your data. You are solely responsible for maintaining up-to-date backups of all your server files and databases.

6. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Violations of the Acceptable Use Policy will result in immediate termination without a refund.

7. Changes to Terms

NovaNode reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes on our website. Continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your consent to such changes.

8. Lifetime Servers Policy

Please note that we no longer offer "lifetime" servers. All previously purchased lifetime servers will be immediately converted to a standard 1-year billing cycle starting from the original date of purchase. Continued usage of our platform constitutes agreement to this conversion.
