1. General Refund Guidelines

At NovaNode Hosting, we want you to be completely satisfied with our services. If you are not satisfied, we offer a 3-Day Money-Back Guarantee for all new shared game hosting and web hosting services. Dedicated servers and VPS plans may be subject to different terms.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The refund request is submitted via a support ticket within 72 hours (3 days) of the initial order activation.
• It is your first time purchasing a service from NovaNode. Subsequent purchases or renewals are not eligible for the 3-day guarantee.
• Your account must be in good standing and not suspended for a violation of our Terms of Service (such as DDoS attacks, abuse, or late payment).
• Payments made via non-refundable gateways (such as certain cryptocurrencies) may only be eligible for account credit.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following services and products are strictly non-refundable:

• Dedicated Servers and Bare Metal.
• Domain name registrations, transfers, or renewals.
• Software licenses (e.g., cPanel, pterodactyl plugins, etc.).
• Account credit additions or funds deposits.
• Custom development or setup fees.

4. Processing Refunds

Refund requests must be initiated through our billing portal via a support ticket. Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days depending on your payment provider.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or PayPal will result in immediate suspension of all associated services. Please contact our support team to resolve any billing issues before opening a dispute, as we are committed to finding a fair resolution.
